Self-Celebration:
Step Into Your Awesomeness
Friday night & Saturday day, January 16th & 17th, 2026.
We rush past our wins - - big and small.
We pour ourselves into something… whether it goes beautifully or totally sideways… and we barely pause before jumping straight into, ‘Okay, what’s next?
It happens in the little moments too.
Like speaking up when you normally wouldn’t.
Or handling something with grace you didn’t know you had.
Or taking one tiny step that was actually a big deal for who you’re becoming.
And still… no pause. No recognition. Just moving on.
It’s like we don’t know how to stay with our own greatness for more than a breath.
I’ve seen this over and over in my clients: the sheer discomfort that comes with staying with their own greatness.
There’s shame tangled up in it- - like if we actually celebrate ourselves, it means we’re full of ourselves. Or that we’ll jinx the next thing.
So we shrink the moment instead of letting it land.
This workshop is a soft, powerful interruption to that cycle.
A moment to stop abandoning the parts of you that worked so hard, showed up, created, healed, stretched, risked, and rose.
It’s about celebrating who you are.
It’s about recognizing the way you light up the world simply by being you.
And it’s about finally standing confidently in what you bring, instead of brushing it off and running to the next thing.
This is where we practice staying.
Staying with your brilliance.
Staying with your enoughness.
Staying with you.
Let us shift the spotlight from constant self-improvement to conscious self-celebration.
This is about turning down the volume on the inner critic, and turning up the recognition of your own greatness - - so you can start the year rooted in truth, gratitude, and a solid foundation.
A real jumping-off point.
What We’ll Explore
Why self-celebration is a strategy, not a luxury: how recognition strengthens your nervous system, your clarity, your confidence, and your capacity. How self-celebration becomes a catalyst for ease, expansion, and unexpected opportunities
The discomfort of self-recognition: why it feels so vulnerable, and how to move through it.
The “always striving” loop: understanding the internalized pressure to constantly improve, perform, or expand.
Reocurring themes and repetitive behaviours: spotlighting the habits that quietly fuel your life, and the ones that quietly drain you.
The evidence of who you already are: naming what you’ve built, overcome, embodied, created, and held.
Reclaiming your own narrative: shifting from self-criticism to grounded self-acknowledgment.
Gratitude as grounding: locating the abundance that already exists in your life and body.
Building the foundation you actually want to leap from: clarifying your true baseline before you step into a new year.
You’ll Leave With
A felt sense of what it’s like to pause, receive, and celebrate yourself.
A clearer understanding of the practices that support you and the ones that drain you.
Practical ways to weave self-celebration into your life all year long.
A more grounded relationship with your own story and your own greatness.
A deeper recognition of the abundance and evidence that already exists in your life.
The experience of being witnessed by other women - - and witnessing them in return.
A solid, truthful foundation to begin the year from.
